Preliminary remarks
SIA Movolo (hereafter referred to as Movolo), with its legal address at Kalku iela 7, Riga, Latvia (registered in Latvia, 50003899131), is a provider of airline and travel-related information, products and services for air passengers through various websites. Products and services include flight and rate searching, support in web booking, travel insurances and general travel information of passenger's use.
Movolo acts as a disclosed agent for third-party suppliers, such as airlines, train operators, car hire and other suppliers. This means that the contract for the purchase is made between you and the supplier. In most cases there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have its own terms and conditions relating to their product. Please ensure that you have read these before completing your transaction with us, as we shall have no contractual liability to you in respect of that product. However, we may still be liable to you if we have been negligent, we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law.
It is important that you read the relevant Booking Terms and Conditions for the carrier with which you are booking any flight or other product or service. The act of booking signifies that you are aware of and accept these and Third-Party conditions.

General conditions regarding web site use and purchase agreement
You can make advanced travel searches on the website: Movolo includes, in the same travel offer, several means of transport (planes, trains, buses, ferries, car rental) and correlating services (hotel, parking, insurance etc). Movolo acts as a service provider: specifically, it enables available or rentable goods and services provided by Third-Parties such as airlines, rail companies, rental car agencies and other suppliers to be made available to you, hence the reason the purchase agreement is derived exclusively between you and the Third-Party providing the product or service purchased. In many cases there may be additional terms and conditions governing your purchase based on the Third-Party's own internal rules. Please read those terms and conditions prior to completing your transaction.
Movolo shall not be liable for any total or partial breach by the Third-Party to which the purchase agreement refers.
Regarding the website's general conditions of use, please note that there are some restricted activities. Specifically:

What you are allowed to do

You may use this site for the following purposes:

Conditions related to the offer of flights

Flight Bookings
Movolo, an intermediary booking company, is presenting information on its website for general informational purposes only. Whilst we strive to keep the information updated and accurate, we make no expressed or implied representations of any kind with respect to changes in schedules, airport terminals and / or cancellations of flights which have been confirmed and operated by other companies - in this case, the airlines - which provide the service purchased. It thus remains your duty to determine whether any changes or cancellations affect your planned journey. The calculation of the price rates, and special offers from Movolo may be subject to change, and any additional special offers applied by the airline or from third-parties of the service purchased.
Movolo strives to propose the best rate and offer the best possible routes, but the purchase contract is concluded between the user and the company operating the flight. Hence, additional services such as the carriage of hold baggage, purchasing food and drinks during flight and any surcharge for credit card, for example, are regulated directly by the company performing these services, and corresponding rates can be found on their respective websites

Booking low cost flights
The very nature of the low-cost airlines means that tariffs are subject to constraints of time and the number of available seats at the time of any given price promotion. For this reason, during a booking, the final price for the same route can vary on Movolo depending on changes made by the airline.

Changes or cancellations of airline bookings
Movolo allows you to make changes to - or cancel reservations - , if such changes are permitted by the airline operating the flight purchased. In most cases, companies allow you to change routes, dates, passengers name details or cancel reservations:

• if the flight is operated by a traditional airline, you can make the changes you want by contacting Movolo's call center on 0039 0119543762;
• If the flight is operated by a low-cost airline, any change(s) to be carried out can be done by contacting our Customer Care centre or the airline directly.

Note: some airlines charge additional fees to modify and/or cancel a reservation

Policy for air ticket reimbursement
You can submit a claim for a ticket reimbursement in accordance with the specific policy of the airline providing the service. Please note that the claims methods vary depending on the type of company in which the ticket refers to:

• if the flight is operated by a traditional airline, you can forward the claim to Movolo by contacting the customer care call center 0039 0119543762;
• if the flight is operated by a low-cost airline, the request must be made directly to the low-cost airline.

Changes or cancellations due to force majeure
For modifications and cancellations for causes due to force majeure, reference is made the norm of the third-party company that provided the acquired service. If the aforementioned modifications and cancellations are explicitly viewed as having been outside of the norm of the third-party company to which the product or acquired service has been reference, we invite you to contact the company directly.

Reservation and modification of arranged flights
Third Parties terms and conditions are applied in addition to Movolo terms and conditions. Hereby document do not replace Third Parties terms and conditions in no one part. Movolo therefore invites users to carefully read the terms and conditions applied by the third party providing your purchase and to contact it for any further detail relating its rules.

Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the proper identity documents required for completion of the airport check-in and boarding practices, as well as documents required for entry, exit and transit required by all countries included in the itinerary – travel documents such as e-tickets and boarding passes issued by the specific airlines. Movolo is no way responsible for any lack or inappropriateness of personal travel documents or the possible consequential denial of boarding or expulsion from the country of destination or transit (for example a combined flight which requires the transfer from one airport to another in the same city). It remains, therefore, incumbent on the user to collect accurate and complete information about the required travel documents, contacting the third company that provides the service, or the embassy or body of tourism in the country of destination. Confident in the accuracy of the data you provide, Movolo sends your purchase receipt to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking. Therefore, Movolo is not responsible for delivery failure of any purchase receipt due to incorrect e-mail entered during the booking phase or to problems which may arise from the user's anti-virus programme.
